Brent Winters, a 16-year-old who lives in Silverstone, England. he loves motorbikes, a passion passed on to him by his father, a former pilot. One day, coming home from school in the rain, he has a motorcycle accident due to a car driven by an unfit driver and loses his legs from the knee down. Brent goes into depression. Dave, the Physical Education professor, who supports him and suggests that he join a wheelchair basketball team.
